Sometimes you go to a party and you realize it’s maybe not as interesting as you expected, or just maybe the conversation are somewhat boring.

I made a little list with
interesting facts you could tell during this party, to change the subject and
make it more interesting:
-In
Cairo, capital of Egypt, with 18 million people, until year 2009 there were
only 10 traffic lights!
-Penguins are the only birds in the world that don’t fly, but swim!
-45 000 burgers are eaten every minute in USA!
-On average a person laughs just 13 times per day!
-Because of the global warming, chocolate could soon become a luxury item

-11th century in Ireland they came up with a tradition, that on February 29
a woman could propose to her man. The man was not allowed to reject it,
otherwise it would be very rude and he had to pay an official fine!
-Istanbul, Turkey is the only city in the world that is located on two
continents!
-93% of all greeting cards are bought by women!
-You would save enough energy to watch television for 3 hours, if you
recycle just one aluminum can!
-The New York city Garbage cubes were sold for $150 each:
